Additional key features include a temperature coefficient of dielectric constant (TCDk) of -125 ppm/°C, low moisture absorption of 0.02%, CTE in X-axis of 31 ppm/°C, Y-axis of 48 ppm/°C and Z-axis of 237 ppm/°C, Td 500 °C TGA, UL 94-V0 rating, lead-free process compatibility, and isotropic properties.
